What happens after I completed my order?

Once we receive your order, we begin the production of your item. Except for fully sublimated sportswear, our production time is 5 to 7 working days.

 

For personalized items, we will send you a mock up for approval before processing your order. You have 48 hours to review. If we do not hear any feedback from you within 48 hours, we will consider the mock up as approved and will proceed to production.

 

We will try our best to send your order as fast as we can but kindly note of the production lead time.

 

Your order will then be sent though registered post. Upon dispatch, we will send you an email with the tracking link.

After order dispatch, how long before I receive my order?

Delivery times depend on location. Courier's normal lead time is 3 to 7 working days. It depends on multiple factors that are out of our control so there is no way we can guarantee delivery by a certain date.

We can ship anywhere. However, in our online checkout, we only offer domestic (within New Zealand) as courier option. If you want us to post outside New Zealand, email us at pasadyaNZ@gmail.com  and we will send you  the cost.

What is your return policy?

As our product are mostly customized, we do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase, the size, misspelled name, wrong date and/ or other incorrect details. We will print as per the information you've provided to us. Please make sure that you carefully check the all the details.  We are unable to offer refunds unless the mistake was an error on our part.

 

If the item is not as described or faulty, we will provide remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act. You  have 14 days to return the item to us with proof of purchase at your own cost. Only unused items with original packaging/tag will be processed.

 

Before returning it to us, please contact us first at pasadyaNZ@gmail.com or call us at +64 27 385 4242. We will try our very best to resolve the issue. In case we are not able to agree on suitable remedy, we will send you the details how to return it.
